Is everything okay?
We know it can be difficult to concentrate when others are around, finding a quiet time can be a challenge. Have you tried early mornings or evenings? Whatever works best for you, give it a go because you deserve this chance.
Don’t forget to give yourself praise for the work you have already done, the fact that you are here means a lot to us.
Doubts are natural, your feelings and moods are going to fluctuate during these challenging times, adjusting can be helped if you have goals to strive for, so getting a plan mapped out will make it easier.
What do you want? Do your goals involve getting your finances under control? Maybe you need help with your time management?
Carry on the Program, you might be surprised – as the answers are there!
So, we would like you to re-evaluate the obstacle that is in your way and try to think of a way around it.
Maybe you have relapsed, don’t worry, it’s not a problem. Maybe you think this means you can’t change? We, however, see it as a positive, each stumble makes you stronger and what you’ve learned makes you more able.

Sometimes the timing is not right – it’s okay to take a break, however, remember you have lifetimes access, so when you are ready, we are here to welcome you back.
Here are some tips from other participants:
- Give yourself enough time to complete each module, maybe split it in two, as some days there are several actions to take
- Don’t stress, relax, and absorb the new things you are learning.
- Avoid doing things last minute, as it will serve no purpose, instead, set a regular time slot aside each day
- Remember – ‘Those who fail to plan, are planning to fail!’
- Keep up the momentum, as it gets easier when you achieve something each day.
