Once submitted, verification of your email is required. You will be sent a onetime login to access the programme and your Profile. Please complete the details of your profile and add a recent picture and cover Photo.
By registering for our Programme and filling out your Profile you are confirming:

You are permitted to display on your computer/devices screens and access any materials found in the programmes, but only for your personal use. To receive the benefits of your promotional code, you must make sure you enter the code before you complete your order/checkout. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Payments and Refunds
When providing your card/payment details for purchases, you are confirming that you are authorised to use the card and therefore authorise us or our payment service provider to take payment in full for the items in your order. Refunds, if applicable, are credited to the original card or the payment gateway you used (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). NB: Refunds credited to your account can take 5 – 7 working days, depending on your card provider.
We hope you are happy with your programme selection, and that you have completed all the modules in the correct order and any tasks set. However if you are not satisfied we have a 30 Day full refund policy, no questions ask. Please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your registration details and order information. Also we’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reasons for your refund request.
Secure Customer Authentication (SCA)
During 2020 – 2021 payment gateways like Stripe, are adding a SCA layer to your check out. This is for your protection and when it is introduced it will add another security layer to your check out experience. It will require you to validate your transaction with a one-time unique passcode. Often this is done through an SMS message to your phone. Please ensure your card issuer/provider has your current and correct phone number if and when they contact you.

If you register a free account, then we will store the details provided for as long as your account exists.
We store course progress, including completion status, quiz scores, assignments, and/or essay submissions (if applicable).
We will also store comments on courses, lessons, topics, assignments, and essays if you choose to leave them.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Form submissions are also stored in our WordPress database using the Gravity Forms plugin.

How long we retain your data

We use Mailchimp to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. Mail Chimp is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.
Form submissions are also stored in our WordPress database using the Gravity Forms plugin.
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
We may process and store personal data about your interactions using xAPI. We use the data to learn about how well the interactions are designed and how it could be adapted to improve the usability and learning outcomes.
The data is processed and stored on our platform until further notice. The results may contain your score, the maximum score possible, when you started when you finished, and how much time you used. We use the results to learn about how well you performed and to help us give you feedback.
